Position Overview
The Social Marketing & Content Strategy Associate will help shape and execute social content strategy across Ralph Lauren's digital ecosystem, with a dedicated focus on Polo. This role will contribute to category-level storytelling, audience growth, engagement, and purchase intent by translating seasonal, product, and brand priorities into platform-native content strategies. The Associate will collaborate with key stakeholders across brand, creative, paid media, and regional teams to deliver a consistent global social plan and transform performance insights into actionable recommendations that inform future strategy. Success in the role will require a strong understanding of social media best practices, platform-native storytelling, the competitive landscape across luxury, fashion, and lifestyle brands on social media, and the ability to leverage insights to develop compelling social-first content strategies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Build expertise across Ralph Lauren’s owned and social channels, including user behavior, user journeys,platform evolution, and platform-native content opportunities, to help reach and engage existing and new audiences across the network, with a specific focus on Polo category growth.

Support the development of content marketing strategies designed to drive audience acquisition, follower growth, engagement, and brand awareness.

Contribute to innovative, brand-elevating content that supports key strategic initiatives across owned, earned, paid, and shared channels.

Help identify the content types needed to support seasonal and product storytelling and marketing campaigns that advance Ralph Lauren's brand, marketing, and business objectives.

Support the development of storytelling and publishing cadences that drive audience growth, platform-native content execution, and key strategic initiatives across owned, earned, paid, and shared channels.

Partner cross-functionally with brand, design, paid media, regional, and production teams to ensure content strategies are aligned and effectively executed.

Collaborate with design on seasonal storytelling and digital content needs, gaining approvals, sharing results, and identifying opportunities for optimization.

Support quality control, brand elevation, and the final production of digital content in partnership with regional teams.

Support KPI development, collect results, analyze performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that inform future content strategies and executions

Help evolve social content best practices, workflows, and tools that improve consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness across the social team.

Monitor platform trends, audience behavior, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and platform-native storytelling.
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
- Relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, content strategy, or related brand or content roles.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, platform-native storytelling, audience behaviors, and evolving digital trends.
