Job Description
· CDL Class A – No restrictions
· 48’ Flatbeds
· Delivering coils and accessories to regional accounts. One daily stop.
· We usually have drivers stay overnight one day a week, but we are flexible if that’s an issue.
· Typical work week is 50-55 hours / 2,400 miles per week.
· Work weekdays only. Never work weekends.
· Drivers are guaranteed full-time salary even during winter hours. You may be asked to work in the warehouse on days you cannot drive due to weather conditions.
Starting Pay
· $58,000 annual salary
· Daily Per Diem - $125.00 for a 5-day work week. An additional $50.00 for each overnight stay.
· Per diems are not taxed. Current drivers average $7,800 a year from their per diems. Per Diems are paid weekly.
Profit Sharing
· Given Each Year in December before Christmas
· Profit sharing averages $3,000 - $5,000 per year.
· Prorated by quarter for Employees with less than 12 months. You would be eligible for 6 months or a ½ bonus in 2026.
Medical Insurance – Blue Cross / Blue Shield
· Eligible 60-Days after hire date.
· Steelforce pays 75% for an individual employee plan.
· Steelforce pays 62.5% for a single family member and employee.
· Steelforce pays 50% for family plans including 2+ dependents.
Dental/Vision Insurance – Delta Dental/Vision
· Eligible 60-Days after hire date.
Paid Days Off
· Earns 5 Days after 6 Months Employment.
· Earns 5 Days after each additional 6 Months Employment through 60 months.
· Earns 15 Days annually after 60 Months Employment.
· Earns 20 Days annually after 120 Months Employment.
· Employee gets up to 3 paid sick days annually if they can provide a doctors note stating they are contagious.
· 7 Paid Holidays a year.
o Employee must work the day before and after the holiday to be eligible. If an employee uses vacation time around a holiday, they will be eligible.

401K Retirement Plan
· Employee will be eligible after one year of employment.
· Steelforce will match employees’ 401K Contribution up to 4%.
