Lot Status Reporter (LSR)Position Summary
At Avanti, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lot Status Reporter (LSR) to play a critical role in supporting our construction and scheduling teams. In this field-based position, you will provide accurate daily updates on the progress of homes under construction, helping ensure projects stay on schedule and customers receive a seamless experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesConstruction & Lot Reporting
- Conduct daily site visits and provide accurate updates on the construction stage of assigned lots and communities.
- Monitor and report site conditions, including safety rails and overall jobsite safety.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support production and scheduling teams.
- Locate and become familiar with new communities as assigned.
Communication & Coordination
- Respond professionally to incoming calls and emails from Avanti personnel.
- Maintain accurate Google Maps pins and community locations.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure construction updates are communicated effectively.
- Share best practices and participate in cross-training opportunities to support team growth and efficiency.
Technology & Process Improvement
- Utilize company-provided technology, including iPads and reporting applications, to document and communicate lot statuses.
- Ensure the LSR application, equipment, and software are current and functioning properly.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, communication methods, and operational efficiency.
Vehicle & Equipment Management
- Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle.
- Schedule routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes and service appointments.
- Complete and submit weekly vehicle inspection reports.
QualificationsRequired
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to provide a 36-month Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency with mobile technology, including iPads and mobile applications.
- Basic Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
Preferred
- Experience in residential construction, building materials, windows and doors, or a related field.
- Familiarity with construction stages and jobsite environments.
- Experience with reporting, scheduling, or field operations.
