Treeforms Furniture Gallery, one of Alaska’s premier and fastest-growing furniture retailers, seeks a motivated, professional Sales Consultant to join our team. Position Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests to address inquiries and offer expert guidance on furniture selection, design, and purchasing decisions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including an understanding of furniture design and construction across multiple categories, to provide guests with informed recommendations and tailored solutions.
- Adhere to our selling process to fully understand and meet each customer’s needs, driving successful sales and happy shoppers.
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries using our delivery management platform.
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales, delivery, and post-delivery process to ensure complete satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Learn and effectively use our retail systems, including PoS, traffic, inventory, and delivery software.
- Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and visually appealing to create an inviting atmosphere that reflects the quality and style of our products.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support store operations.
Requirements:
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Enthusiasm for ongoing training and self-improvement.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
