A1 Floors is looking for a driven, dependable, and detail-oriented Flooring Sales Specialist to join our growing family-owned business. We are looking for a full time (4 days a week, 2 days off + Sunday’s), EXPERIENCED in home flooring sales specialist to assist our customer’s with free in home estimates. We're looking for someone who will take ownership of the opportunities provided to them while also building relationships, growing their network, and generating additional business to maintain and grow the list of satisfied customers. What You'll Do
- Run company provided appointments with ability to generate your own through networking.
- Bring samples of all flooring types and help customers choose the right fit for their home, needs, and budget.
- Accurately measure and assess all projects, accounting for all things involved in job scope to allow you to prepare and present estimates using the flooring software system.
- Take detailed notes, photos, and document important job info.
- Clearly communicate customer expectations and project details for office and installation team. As well as, clearly explain to customers what to expect as a part of their flooring project.
- Consistent follow ups, managing appointments, customers, etc.
- Build relationships with customers, including referral partners, to generate repeat and referral business (realtors, contractors, property managers, etc).
Requirements/skills
- HS degree or equivalent, Associates and/or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Basic math and basic computer skills (for flooring software system).
- Sales experiences required.
- Valid drivers license and means of transportation.
- Ability to pass drug and background check.
