Duties
- Lead and supervise all front-of-house operations, including greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring prompt service.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation standards to maintain quality and consistency across all dining areas.
- Manage POS systems such as CAKE for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling.
- Control inventory levels for dining supplies, beverages, and food items to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Train, develop, and motivate staff members to deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to food safety standards.
- Coordinate shift schedules, monitor performance, and implement staff training programs to enhance team efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards across all dining operations.
Experience
- Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on food service management.
- Extensive background in supervising teams within casual or fine dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems; cash handling expertise required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and cost analysis within a hospitality setting.
- Experience in staff training & development, interviewing potential team members, and implementing operational improvements.
- Prior hospitality management experience in hotel or restaurant environments is highly desirable; culinary experience is advantageous.
