Chalk Training is a boutique strength and conditioning gym focused on helping adults build strength, improve their health, and feel their best. We're looking for an experienced, energetic coach to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Coach small group strength training sessions (up to 8 clients)
- Provide one-on-one personal training
- Teach safe, effective movement with excellent coaching and cueing
- Modify exercises based on individual needs and abilities
- Build strong relationships with members and create an encouraging training environment
- Help maintain a clean, organized facility
Qualifications
- Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, NSCA, ACSM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Experience coaching both personal training and small group classes
- Strong knowledge and coaching experience with barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and functional strength training
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people succeed
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Schedule
Part-time with opportunities to grow. Early morning, evening, and occasional Saturday availability preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Experience:
- Personal Training or Coaching: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Personal Trainer Certificate or degree in our related field? (Required)
