Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Delivery Driver/Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Main position will be delivery driving and serving customers and inventory handling.
Duties
- Greet guests and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Monitor all entry & exit points to ensure security protocols are followed.
- Identify security threads and ensure fire safety protocols are followed
- Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about the facility and surrounding area.
- Manage deliveries and coordinate with staff for proper handling of packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance area.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing and data entry as needed.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance guest experience.
- Reception and input customer information upon entry
- Check ID at the door and make sure they are valid compliant 21+ IDs
- Make sure the flow of the store is going well, crowd control
- Backup budtender & inventory control as needed
- Ad hoc projects are store needs are identified
- Delivery and dispatch
Requirements
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or dispatch
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
- Multi tasking ability
- Strong computer & tech skills to navigate POS smoothly
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
- A professional appearance and demeanor are essential for representing the establishment positively.
