Victory Early Learning Center is looking for qualified classroom teachers to join our center! We have multiple positions available. We offer a supportive, faith-based environment with an amazing team! Our purpose is to provide a Christ centered ministry to the families of Sandpoint and surrounding areas.
Our primary focus is to provide a learning experience based upon biblical principles. We will focus on the development of the whole child physically, spiritually, emotionally, socially, and academically.
Positions Available:
- Nursery
- 2’s Classroom
- Pre-K Classroom

Responsibilities Include:
- Providing a safe, loving, and structured environment
- Supporting children’s emotional, social, and developmental growth
- Planning and assisting with age-appropriate activities
- Maintaining a clean and organized classroom
- Communicating effectively with parents and staff
- Following state licensing and health guidelines
Qualifications:
- Experience working with young children (preferred)
- Patient, reliable, and nurturing personality
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
This position will require a state and federal background check to be completed and registration with Idaho STARS.
