Just Improvements is looking for a driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, confident, and ready to earn. You will meet homeowners, inspect roofs, and guide them through the process from start to finish.
Vehicle, travel expenses, phone, and assistance provided. We bring the tools, support, and brand. You bring the effort and consistency.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners and perform basic roof inspections
- Explain roofing options in a clear and honest way
- Build trust and close deals
- Follow up with leads and stay organized
- Actively find your own opportunities through networking, referrals, and local outreach
- Manage your pipeline from first contact to signed contract
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience (home improvement or roofing is a plus)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-starter mindset - you don’t wait, you go get it
- Comfortable working outdoors and in the field
- Ability to manage your time and stay organized
- Reliable and professional
