Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support our maintenance operations across our multifamily communities. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in building strong teams, maintaining high property standards, and ensuring residents receive prompt, high-quality service. Our goal is to provide exceptional places to live, and that starts with knowledgeable leadership and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will have a team of two maintenance technicians supporting you, as well as key vendors, to provide our tenants with enjoyable, clean and functional homes.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary of $70,000-$85,000, based on experience
- Two weeks of PTO in the first year, with additional accrual thereafter

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance operations and oversee the timely completion of work orders and unit turns
- Work with key vendors to ensure that key building infrastructure and amenities are functioning, and upgrades are timely planned
- Lead, mentor, and train maintenance technicians; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Manage routine inspections of buildings, grounds, and common areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards within maintenance shops and storage areas
- Manage on-call maintenance emergency process including after-hours situations
- Oversee exterior and interior maintenance, including seasonal tasks such as snow removal and grounds upkeep
- Assist with preparation and management of maintenance budgets
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of multifamily housing experience (supervisory experience strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to lead and manage maintenance staff
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general repairs)
- Reliable, professional, and results-driven mindset
- Valid Driver’s License required
