We're conducting a confidential search for an experienced General Manager to lead the daily operations of a well-established, upscale restaurant known for outstanding food, service, and hospitality.

Generally, you’ll be responsible for the following:
- Lead all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Inspire, coach, and develop an exceptional team
- Create memorable guest experiences and build lasting customer relationships
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance
- Manage budgets, labor, food and beverage costs, and inventory
- Maintain the highest standards of service, quality, cleanliness, and compliance
- Partner with ownership to support business growth and long-term success
We’d like to talk to you if you have:
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience with increasing leadership responsibilities
- Hands-on experience leading a high-volume, upscale, or fine dining restaurant preferred
- Strong financial and operational management skills, including budgeting, labor management, and cost control
- Proven ability to build, motivate, and retain outstanding teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Toast POS or similar restaurant management systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
