Are you energetic, organized, and great with people? Kids In Motion is seeking a Part-Time Events Specialist to plan, promote, and execute fun, high-quality events for children and families in our dynamic gym environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage the events calendar (birthday parties, parents' night outs, enrichment events, open houses, etc.)

Plan, execute, and host special events (concept, setup, logistics, supplies)

Deliver exceptional customer service and greet guests warmly

Promote events to drive enrollments

Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and facility

Coordinate with management and coaching staff

Support daily administrative and front-end operations
Qualifications:

Strong organization and attention to detail

Friendly, professional demeanor

Customer service and/or event planning experience preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kids facility

Team player with excellent communication skills
-
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
