Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our manufacturing team. This salaried position plays a vital role in supporting operational excellence by coordinating and implementing process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with teams across manufacturing, IT, and operations to improve processes and eliminate non valued adding time

Support the launch and continuous optimization of key systems such as the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system.

Document process improvements and standard operating procedures

Provide training and support to staff on new processes and systems

Monitor effectiveness of implemented improvements and provide regular status updates to management.

Assist with troubleshooting process or system issues and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing, preferably in windows and doors.
- Familiarity with MRP or ERP systems is beneficial.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.

Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
