Job Summary
Quality Inn by Choice Hotels is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Housekeepers to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests while maintaining the high cleanliness and quality standards established by Choice Hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to Choice Hotels brand standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and guest amenities.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas.
- Clean mirrors, windows, furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
- Ensure guest rooms are fully stocked with toiletries, coffee supplies, towels, and linens.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and safety hazards promptly to management.
- Remove trash and dispose of waste following hotel procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Follow all hotel safety, security, and sanitation procedures.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
- Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Work efficiently to meet daily room assignment goals while ensuring exceptional quality.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, pushing, pulling, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
