Build. Move. Accomplish.
If you enjoy physical work, take pride in doing quality work, and like seeing the results of what you've accomplished at the end of the day, this could be the role for you.
As a member of our team, you'll help transform large manufacturer shipments into auction ready inventory. From quality checking products to preparing customer ready auction packs, your work is essential to keeping inventory moving and delivering the experience our customers have come to expect.
This is a hands on position that involves lifting, moving, sorting, assembling, and preparing products both indoors and outdoors throughout the year. While your core responsibilities remain consistent, priorities can change as new shipments arrive and business needs change. You'll work with a variety of products and help wherever needed to keep inventory moving.

- Breaking down manufacturer shipments into auction ready packs
- Sorting and organizing inventory
- Performing quality control by separating damaged or imperfect products
- Assembling cabinets and product displays
- Tagging products and preparing them for processing
- Moving inventory throughout the warehouse and yard
- Cutting lumber and preparing materials for packaging
- Completing simple production paperwork
- Operating a forklift, or learning to do so. We'll train the right candidate.
- Pitching in wherever needed to help keep the team moving
What We're Looking For

- Are comfortable working indoors and outdoors year round
