Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects and sell our house-made products that our customers have grown to love and rely on for their own businesses.
In this position you will learn to have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel in generating leads, building customer relationships and closing deals to maximize profitability. Our ideal candidate would be a friendly team player who has a positive attitude, excellent communication and multitasking skills, strong work ethic and an overall drive to grow within the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Search and identify prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Speak on products by understanding characteristics, capabilities, and features.
- Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
- Work with CRM Database.
- Follow-up on sales quotes.
- Process sales inquiries.
Skills and Qualifications
- Associates degree required.
- 2+ years of direct or inside sales experience
- Industrial manufacturing sales experience preferred
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Willing to travel
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents

Pay: $62,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
