About Keiki Athletes
Our mission is to inspire "Aha" learning moments!
We are a locally owned after-school and summer enrichment provider. Keiki Athletes runs flag football, multi-sport, and dance programs for students in grades K–8, and our sister brand Keiki Coders teaches coding and STEAM. Together we've taught over 1,100 students across Oʻahu, and we're growing our impact through hands-on, active, and confidence-building programs.
Summary
We're hiring part-time flag football coaches to lead after-school classes for K–5 students at public and private schools across the island, primarily around Honolulu. You'll run practices built around the fundamentals: throwing, catching, flag pulling, routes, spacing, and small-sided games. The curriculum and equipment are provided, so you don't need coaching credentials. You need to know the game well enough to demo it, and you need to be great with young kids.
Playing experience at any level helps, whether that's flag, tackle, 7-on-7, or another field sport. What matters more is energy, patience, and the ability to keep 15 kids engaged and safe for an hour.
Location
Most programs are in the greater Honolulu metropolitan area. A few programs in Kailua/Kaneohe.
