Front Desk Receptionist (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy pediatric office team. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, enjoys working with children and families, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can think creatively to solve problems while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in patients and families in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and manage high-volume phone calls
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow
- Verify insurance eligibility and collect patient information
- Process patient forms and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with providers, staff, and families
- Manage front desk operations while multitasking efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality and follow office policies and procedures
- Due to working with Children and Sensitive Information, a Background Check will be performed
Qualifications:
- Required: Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced office environment
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Pays attention to detail
- Support daily front office operations and administrative tasks
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Experience verifying medical insurance eligibility and benefits
- Previous medical office experience/front desk experience

Schedule:
Full-time
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch break from Noon to 1:00PM)
Wednesday 8:30AM - 3:00PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
(Some schedule flexibility may be required)
Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour dependant on experience
