We are looking for a therapist to join our team as we work to address the issue of family trauma and sexual addiction in Oregon. Our hub in Eugene , but the individual can mostly work remote. For the right individual it could be great to get in as we are building and will be looking to add a couple people to our ownership team Once a person has been with us for 6 months we will help pay for Certified Sexual Addiction tr training for working with either partners of or sexual addicts and trauma. We will give stipends to pay for supervision once a person is seeing 20 or more clients a week. We do not do in house supervision. Therapists need to either be licensed or working towards licensure as an LPC, MFT, or LCSW.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide behavioral therapy and mental health counseling to individuals and families.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Engage in crisis intervention and support patients with developmental disabilities and PTSD.
- Facilitating online groups
- Collaborating with team on how to best meet needs of clients
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
