Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Workflow Scheduling: Manages the flow of service work, assigning jobs to technicians ( C-level to maintenance) to ensure efficiency and meet promised delivery times.
- Technician Coordination: Tracks technician productivity and job status throughout the day, adjusting assignments as needed to prevent bottlenecks.
- Parts & Workflow Management: Coordinates with parts departments to ensure necessary parts are available before dispatching jobs.
- Communication Hub: Acts as the primary liaison between technicians and service advisors, keeping them informed on repair progress or delays.
- Quality Control: Reviews completed jobs and technicians' digital vehicle inspections to ensure accuracy, while minimizing service comebacks.
- Administrative Tasks: Opens/closes repair orders, maintains up-to-date repair logs, and manages shop equipment maintenance.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Technical understanding of automotive repairs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer-based dispatch systems and shop management software.
- MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE / DISPATCHER BACKGROUND.

Pay: $50,245.00 - $53,512.21 per year
