Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS.com) is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in the Bronx. What You'll Do:
- Conduct behavioral and skills assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and support behavior staff and paraprofessionals
- Monitor client progress through data collection and clinical analysis
- Adjust programming based on treatment outcomes and client needs
- Provide parent training and caregiver support
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers
- Deliver ethical, evidence-based ABA services
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
