Carpenter / Framer / Siding Installer

Position Overview
This role is responsible for supporting residential and commercial modular construction projects through framing, siding installation, trim work, deck construction, and general carpentry. The ideal candidate is a skilled carpenter with strong hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to help lead and mentor less experienced crew members on job sites.
This includes:
- Framing exterior walls, roof decks, stairs, and structural components
- Installing Hardie board, LP siding, lap siding, exterior trim, and finish materials
- Building and repairing decks
- Installing interior trim, doors, and baseboards
- Assisting with punch list completion and overall project quality
Key Responsibilities
- Perform framing and general carpentry work on residential and commercial projects
- Install siding, trim, doors, baseboards, and related finish materials
- Build and repair decks and exterior structures
- Read and follow construction plans, measurements, and project specifications
- Maintain organized and safe job sites
- Assist with project workflow and job site coordination
- Lead and mentor junior crew members as needed
- Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail throughout projects
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Follow company safety standards and procedures
Must Have
- Previous carpentry experience required
- Experience with framing, siding, decks, and trim work
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry construction materials
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Foreman or lead carpenter experience
- Experience leading or mentoring small crews
- Experience with modular or manufactured home construction
- Knowledge of exterior siding systems and materials
