As an Entry-Level Customer Support Associate, you'll be the face of our clients’ brand in a physical setting, delivering exceptional service and driving sales that reinforce our commitment to customer satisfaction and innovation.
Entry-Level Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:
- As an Entry-Level Customer Support Associate, you will assist customers in person, listening actively to their needs and building genuine relationships.
- Guide customers through AT&T’s various products and services, helping them choose the best options while identifying opportunities for increased sales.
- Collaborate with fellow Entry-Level Customer Support Associates and the broader sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and customer retention targets.
- Maintain accurate customer account information, manage service changes, and troubleshoot in-store issues.
- Stay informed on AT&T’s latest offerings so you can confidently present upgrades and new services that align with customers’ needs.
- Provide feedback from customer interactions to inform sales strategies and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in Entry-Level Customer Support Associate team meetings, contribute ideas, and take advantage of continuous development opportunities.
Entry-Level Customer Support Associate Qualifications:
- Experience in retail, customer-facing roles, or a background in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional yet warm demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple in-store customers and account tasks efficiently.
- A detail-oriented mindset, complemented by reliability and a collaborative spirit.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and a drive to help customers while supporting sales objectives.
