Experienced Auto Body Painter & Paint Prep Technician
City Collision Center is looking for an experienced Auto Body Painter & Paint Prep Technician to join our growing collision repair team in Lauderdale Lakes, FL.
We are looking for a dependable professional with experience in collision repair who takes pride in producing high-quality paint work and maintaining OEM standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for paint (sanding, masking, priming, cleaning)
- Perform body filler and glazing work as needed
- Mix and match paint colors accurately
- Apply primer, base coat, and clear coat
- Blend adjacent panels
- Buff and polish completed repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow OEM repair and refinishing procedures
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of auto body paint experience
- Experience in collision repair preferred
- Ability to color match and blend paint
- Experience with spray equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Own tools preferred
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team player
