Job Summary
catstudio is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will craft innovative marketing strategies, oversee campaign execution, and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and conversions. Your expertise will drive growth through targeted content creation, data-driven decision making, and mastery of digital marketing tools.
Duties
- Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the business, encompassing SEO, SEM, social media advertising campaigns, email marketing, and content marketing to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Google, Meta and Tiktok.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings, website visibility, and traffic.
- Oversee development of our Shopify website and collaborate on CRO efforts.
- Coordinate social media management across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter to build brand awareness and foster community engagement.
- Design compelling graphics using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite for digital ads, social media posts, email campaigns, and website content.
- Monitor campaign performance continuously; generate detailed reports on web analytics reporting to inform future initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals while ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles.
- Demonstrated success in managing social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google AdWords (now Google Ads).
- Hands-on experience with Shopify.
- Proficiency in analytics tools including Google Analytics and web analytics reporting for data-driven decision making.
- Strong copywriting skills paired with content creation expertise for diverse digital formats including blogs, social media posts, emails, and landing pages.
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
