Active CNA license in the state of Missouri
- BLS, CPR certification

Ability to read, write, and speak English
Patient, tactful, and compassionate with a cheerful disposition
Willingness to meet residents where they are and provide care with dignity and respect
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene and bathing
Prepare and transport residents for therapy, activities, physician visits, and services
Respond promptly to resident call lights
Attend in-service education, training programs, and meetings as directed
Follow infection control and isolation procedures per facility policy
Accurately document care and required information each shift
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Uphold resident rights and company standards at all times
