Responsibilities
- Supervise installation crews as you work along side them, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide installation processes accurately.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction site supervision with a focus on fencing or related trades.
- Demonstrated management and supervising experience with a track record of leading successful teams on projects.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices for construction site safety.
- Excellent organizational skills.
