ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Director of Finance to take on a senior leadership position at a luxury resort in Puerto Rico. This is an Executive Committee role for a finance professional who is equally comfortable in the boardroom and on the floor of operations, with a genuine passion for hospitality and the commercial acumen to match.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the full financial operations of the property, from reporting and budgeting to compliance and controls
- Act as a strategic financial partner to the General Manager and wider leadership team
- Oversee capital planning, cash flow management, and audit processes
- Build, mentor, and develop a capable finance team
- Support department heads in making commercially sound, data-driven decisions
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven senior finance leadership experience within luxury hospitality; resort background a plus but not required
- CPA or equivalent designation preferred, with strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
- A natural communicator who can translate financial complexity into clear, actionable insight
- U.S. citizens and Puerto Rican residents are strongly preferred; candidates from Canada and Mexico may be considered, with work authorisation support available

- Compensation of up to USD $180,000 per year
