A Los Angeles based law firm is seeking a full time legal receptionist in its North Hollywood office. YMPK Law Group, LLP is a personal injury law firm.
We are looking for candidates who possess most, if not all of the following attributes.
1. Ability to answer high volume phone calls and relay telephone calls to our attorneys, case managers, and other team members.
2. Ability to provide friendly and professional front-office reception services and assistance to firm clients and visitors.
3. Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, whether in English, Spanish or Armenian, and be able to be compassionate and receiving of their legal problems.
4. Must be punctual and must have a professional appearance.
