Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance in person, over the phone, and through email
- Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that best fit their requirements
- Answer questions regarding products, pricing, promotions, and company services
- Generate sales by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell appropriate products and services
- Process customer purchases, orders, exchanges, and returns accurately
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Administrative & Operational Support
