Dolce Vita Salon & Spa is looking for a friendly, polished, reliable, and personable Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at our upscale Windham location.

What You’ll Do
As the first and last impression of Dolce Vita, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include:
- Warmly welcoming and checking in guests
- Answering phones, emails, and guest questions with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Scheduling, confirming, and adjusting appointments
- Recommending services, products, and retail when appropriate
- Processing payments and handling transactions accurately
- Managing client information and keeping records up to date
- Helping guests with beverages and creating a comfortable waiting-room experience
- Communicating with stylists and estheticians throughout the day
- Supporting the team with opening and closing responsibilities
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and beautiful reception and guest area
- Assisting with laundry and other salon/spa support duties
- Helping create an elevated, welcoming experience for every guest
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Warm, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys helping people
- Professional, polished, and dependable
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Comfortable answering phones and communicating with guests
- Detail-oriented and able to learn scheduling/POS software
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a busy salon and spa environment
- Interested in beauty, hair, skincare, and the salon/spa industry
Previous salon, spa, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
Schedule
We are looking for someone with daytime availability, with flexibility to work some evenings and Saturdays.
Both full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.
Please note: Saturday availability is an important part of this position.
