Our client, a leading organization in storage and asset-management solutions, is seeking a Sr Lead Electrical Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Lead Electrical Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting project design and development teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$125-150,000
What's the Job?
- Develop and produce electrical design deliverables such as one-line diagrams, layouts, and voltage drop calculations in accordance with company standards and project specifications.
- Ensure electrical designs comply with local regulations, codes, and safety standards, including NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and ANSI.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within projects.
- Support project planning, cost estimation, and schedule management to meet client and organizational goals.
What's Needed?
- Accredited Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of detailed electrical engineering experience, with familiarity in power generation, substation, and power distribution systems.
- Professional Engineering certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards, including NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and ANSI.
- Proficiency in electrical design software and specialized engineering tools.
