NOW HIRING: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Warehouse Environment | 3PL Industry Experience Preferred
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This hybrid role combines customer service responsibilities with warehouse clerical support in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, shipments, and inventory questions
- Process inbound and outbound orders through the WMS
- Coordinate shipments, carrier appointments, and order fulfillment
- Track shipments and resolve customer concerns
- Assist with SOPs, inventory accuracy, and warehouse documentation
- Support warehouse operations and ensure checklists are completed accurately
Qualifications:
✔ Previous 3PL warehouse experience preferred
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
✔ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to multitask and work independently
✔ Comfortable working between the office and warehouse floor
