Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional guest service
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, accurately, and with a friendly demeanor
- Set up and break down serving areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
- Assist with food handling, including bussing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining food safety standards
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, dietary restrictions, and special requests to enhance guest experience
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food preparation procedures
- Interact with our reservation system and golf gameplay technology
Requirements
- Toast POS experience highly preferred
- Open availability preferred
- Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred; culinary or banquet experience is a plus
- Strong guest relations skills with a friendly, energetic approach to service
- Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during special events as needed
- Familiarity with catered events is a bonus
