RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to read parts diagrams and breakdowns, using a computer to look up parts using electronic parts catalogs.
- Professionalism - we value teamwork, creating a cohesive work environment, and pride ourselves on the service we provide our customers.
- Other duties as assigned by management
- HVAC repair and diagnostics
- Hydraulic & Electrical repair and diagnosis
- Responsible for truck stock (parts)
- Must keep warranty parts for return in designated area
- Ordering parts for repairs
- Labor / hour submission to service secretary daily
- Install current updates to laptop
- Maintain professional customer interactions
- Keep training / learning path current
- Maintain safe work environment
- Evaluate equipment for required repairs
- Prepare parts list and labor time estimate
- Perform repairs
- Maintain safety standards
- Shop maintenance and cleanliness in order
- Unload delivery trucks as needed
- Attend online and in person training
- Other duties as assigned by management
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
