Accounting Manager - Manufacturing
Position Summary
The Accounting Manager position is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations for a multi-location manufacturing organization. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial records, oversees month-end close, supports cost accounting and inventory processes, and maintains strong internal controls across all manufacturing facilities.
Equally important, this role is expected to advance how the accounting function works. Linzer is actively modernizing its finance operations, and we are looking for a candidate who is comfortable using AI and automation tools to streamline manual processes, reduce cycle times, and improve accuracy. The ideal candidate approaches recurring, manual work as an opportunity to automate — and brings the curiosity and adaptability to help lead that shift rather than simply maintain the status quo.
