Job Summary:
WA Industrial Service LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Crew Member to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our facility grounds. This position is responsible for routine grounds maintenance and general outdoor upkeep. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. This position is seasonal with the potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mow grass and maintain lawn areas
- Weed eat and trim around buildings, fences, and roadways
- Keep roads and walkways clear of debris
- Pick up trash and maintain overall site cleanliness
- Perform other general grounds duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and good attendance
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Previous grounds or landscaping experience preferred but not required
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 6:00am-2:30pm
- Seasonal (Potential for Permanent Placement)
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
