Business Development – Air Care & Odor Control
We're looking for a driven, analytical, and people-oriented business development professional to lead product testing and market development across our air care and odor control product portfolio — from early-stage concept through final production prototype.
What You'll Do

Design, execute, and analyze structured sales tests with our distributor network to evaluate product price, performance, and market acceptance across air care and odor control applications

Engage directly with distributors and end users (distributors' customers) to gather product feasibility feedback and real-world performance data

Sell the benefits of air care solutions — not just the product, but the problem it solves — understanding and clearly communicating the different value propositions to distributors and end users

Develop and refine test methodologies based on real-time results, confirming or rejecting product hypotheses with minimal oversight

Build market feasibility assessments at inception stage, including creating test materials and running early-stage distributor and end user evaluations

Determine market size, projected unit sales, and optimal customer segments and market verticals

Leverage digital marketing and social platforms (TikTok, Instagram etc) as active testing and selling channels

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or growth-oriented field (e.g., Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a science discipline) or equivalent practical experience. We value analytical thinkers with a strong test-and-learn mindset.
- 2+ years of experience in a startup or high-growth environment, with hands-on ownership of rapid experiments (e.g., paid social tests, ecommerce conversion improvements, offer/pricing tests, or new-channel pilots).
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute a growth plan across digital/social commerce (e.g., Shopify/Amazon, paid social, creator/influencer programs, email/SMS lifecycle) and, as needed, support channel/distribution opportunities through partners.
- Strong ownership and bias for action—able to execute independently, move fast with ambiguity, and collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, operations, and product teams.
- Strength in experimental design and data-driven decision making, including comfort with core digital metrics (e.g., CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, retention) and creating clear learnings from tests (Excel/Sheets required; analytics tools a plus).
