PHA Annapolis Office location is seeking a motivated and results-driven Lighting Sales Specialist to help grow our brand, generate leads, and convert opportunities into long-term customers. This role combines creative marketing initiatives with proactive sales activities to increase revenue, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships. Responsibilities include all aspects of customer service, Social Media and advertising experience would be a plus, Sales in lighting a plus and experience a plus in lighting and Lutron lighting controls and fixtures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a combined role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp)
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong understanding of the specification or construction sales cycle
- Demonstrated ability to manage long-cycle sales with multiple stakeholders.
- Passion for learning technical products and translating them for design audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills - you’ll work closely with a tight-knit internal team.

· You have a genuine love for design, technology, or both. A background in lighting, controls, architecture, interior design, AV, or a related field is strongly preferred.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
