Sestra is a curated European womenswear boutique in Short Hills, NJ - and we're growing. We're looking for a experienced, passionate retail professional to be the heart of our store.
This is not a typical retail job. Our customers are women who value personal service, thoughtful styling, and a shopping experience that feels like visiting a friend who really knows fashion. Your job is to be that friend - and to help build the systems and relationships that will support our expansion to multiple locations.
Duties
- Build genuine relationships with our customer base through personalized service and follow-up
- Style customers and help them build outfits they'll love and wear
- Manage day-to-day store operations including merchandising and inventory
- Execute our CRM system - customer outreach, follow-ups, event support
- Contribute to social media content
- Maintain the store's visual standards with care and consistency
Experience
- Have 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
- Are warm, confident, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people
- Are organized, reliable, and take ownership without being asked
- Have an eye for style and understand what makes women feel good
- Are comfortable with technology - Shopify, email, basic social media

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
