Location: Brodhead, WI (Serving Green County, and surrounding areas)
Position: Full-Time Apprentice or Licensed Journeyman Electrician
Schedule: Monday – Friday (No weekends, local travel only)

What We Are Looking For
We are scaling up our operations and are ready to hire either a driven Apprentice eager to learn the trade the right way or a skilled, independent Journeyman.
If you’re an Apprentice, you bring:
A strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to master the National Electrical Code.
The ability to take direction, learn quickly, and maintain a clean, safe job site.
Basic hand tools and a commitment to showing up ready to work every day.
If you’re a Journeyman, you bring:
A valid Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to read prints and run residential or light commercial jobs independently.
Excellent customer service skills—you will be one of the faces of Cove's Electric out in the field.
Minimum Requirements for Both:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (strictly required for driving company vehicles).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass a background check.
Compensation & Honest Benefits
We believe in straightforward, transparent relationships with our crew. Because we are a tight-knit, independent family business, we put all of our financial compensation directly into your hourly paycheck rather than splitting it up into corporate benefit packages.
Competitive Hourly Wage:
Journeyman: $32.00 - $38.00/hour (Depending on license verification and field experience)
Apprentice: $18.00 - $29.00/hour (Depending on year of apprenticeship and current trade school standing)

What We Do Not Offer: Please note that we do not offer health, vision, or dental benefits at this time. We keep our overhead lean so we can pay you a premium hourly rate directly instead.
