- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and maintaining ongoing communication throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) when applicable to ensure compliant sales practices.
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales or retail sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse client bases.
- Experience in insurance sales or benefits administration is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with complex product offerings.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate market data, customer needs, and competitive positioning for strategic decision-making.
- Prior experience with telemarketing or marketing initiatives that support lead generation efforts is advantageous.
