Manage the physical operations of the hotel to meet the expectations of total comfort and satisfaction of hotel guests.
- Attends all training; including safety training sand standard operation procedures as directed by management.
- Arrives at work in a timely fashion in accordance with the posted schedule.

- Works as a member of the overall hotel team to ensure that each guest has an experience that exceeds their expectations.
- Maintains a “can do” and “guest first” attitude at all times.
- Addresses guest complaints regarding equipment failures and maintenance needs.
- Takes report of any maintenance repairs, records repair information in maintenance log(s), and follows up to ensure the work has been completed.
- Assures requests are made in a timely manner.
- Monitors inventory and reports low/insufficient supplies to Chief Engineer.
- Receives and examines orders to ensure quality and quantity meet established standards, specifications, and purchasing order.
- Checks and performs minor and major repairs to refrigeration, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, water treatment, electrical, and pool systems.
- Executes the hotel’s preventative maintenance program according to Brand Standards.
- Monitors functions of the pool and spa. Administers chemical tests and chemicals as needed.
- Completes minor repairs including, but not limited to, painting, drywall, carpets, and wallpaper.
- All other duties assigned.
