Job Summary
Position Responsibilities
As a Reel Bar Server, you will:
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to every guest.
- Greet tables promptly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders.
- Have a strong working knowledge of our food, beer, wine, cocktails, and daily specials.
- Make recommendations and answer guest questions about menu items.
- Enter orders accurately into the POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check back with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Pre-bus and maintain clean, organized tables and dining areas.
- Process cash and credit-card payments accurately.
- Follow all Ohio alcohol-service laws and Reel Bar alcohol-service policies.
- Maintain proper sanitation, cleanliness, and food-safety standards.
- Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities.
- Assist fellow servers, bartenders, food runners, hosts, and kitchen staff when needed.
- Help maintain the fast, friendly, team-oriented atmosphere Reel Bar is known for.

Previous restaurant serving experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with the right attitude.
