Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to provide strong leadership and oversee daily operations, staff management, program development, and community engagement. This role is responsible for ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and smooth organizational performance in a resident-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and support organizational goals.
- Oversee daily operations, programs, staffing, and administrative functions.
- Manage budgeting, evaluation, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Supervise and mentor managers and staff.
- Lead hiring, training, performance reviews, and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Must meet Vermont and/or New Hampshire Residential Care Home administrator/manager requirements.
- Leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, residential care, healthcare, hospitality, or related operations.
- Strong knowledge of staffing, budgeting, compliance, and quality management.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with business systems, payroll, EMR, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Ability to participate in on-call coverage and emergency response as needed.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
