Himmel Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled and Baker & Delivery Driver to assist in our bakery operations and deliver baked goods to our restaurants. This role requires early morning shifts, attention to detail, and a passion for both baking and hospitality. Weekends & holidays are a must.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare & bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and standards
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all baked items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area, following food safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen setting
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with early morning shifts
