We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations, drive process improvements, and optimize production performance. This role focuses on troubleshooting manufacturing issues, improving OEE, reducing scrap, supporting CAPA activities, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a STEM field
- 2–4 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience with process improvement, root cause analysis, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Knowledge of automation, plastic injection molding, assembly processes, and process controls
- Proficiency with SolidWorks and technical documentation
- Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus
Pay: $35.00 - $43.00 per hour
