We are a small company (approximately 20 employees) with two manufacturing locations and an administrative office. We are looking for an outstanding person to join our sales/customer support team. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good follow through, be well organized, be a lifelong learner, demonstrate successes in Sales Initiatives and Customer Support, and be able to pick up additional tasks and duties as requested. (In a small operation folks need to be able to pitch in to get things done!)

The successful candidate will have a deep commitment to developing customer relationships, superb customer service, and strong drive to pursue sales initiatives.

ESSENTIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES DUTIES:
- Manage and enter customer orders received via phone, voicemail, fax, and email.
- Coordinate order processing and fulfillment with Sales and Production teams.
- Manage detailed paperwork and electronic database system with complete accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Demonstrate extreme attention to detail with the ability to consider potential ramifications.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
- Record customer information within our customer service database.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
- Offer support and solutions to customers following the company's customer service policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Assist Sales Team directly in all areas as needed, including:
- Perform data entry tasks, order entry, new product submission forms, promotional forms, and other items as required.
- Assist and coordinate logistics for promotional and marketing efforts.
- Prospecting campaigns.
- Proofread emails and other documents for grammar, accurate pricing, UPC, and other product information.
- Share sales updates with other departments as appropriate.
- Create and maintain department calendars to ensure we are hitting important deadlines.
SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT OVERVIEW: Provide coordination, assistance, review to social media activities to share our story and increase engagement.
ESSENTIAL SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor all active social media platforms and create engaging, helpful responses. Communicate internally and seek guidance on sensitive or complicated topics.
- Monitor and review social media content calendar in Loomly.
- Curate content and assist in executing social media campaigns.
- Research comparative market trends.
Schedule: During the training period your schedule will be different. Post training the schedule will be:
- Monday – Thursday: 6:30am – 4pm
- Friday: 7:30am – noon
