Mental Health Professional – LPC, LCSW, or LCPC
Semple Solutions Counseling and Consulting, LLC is seeking a motivated and compassionate mental health professional to join our growing team. We are currently accepting applications from Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW).
Position Opportunities:

- Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and/or other appropriate mental health counseling services
- Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Provide ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care
- Collaborate with other professionals and community resources when appropriate
- Maintain professional standards and comply with applicable clinical and ethical requirements
Qualifications:
- Current Illinois LPC, LCPC, or LCSW license in good standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while being an active member of a collaborative team
- Commitment to providing quality, compassionate mental health services
- Experience with a variety of mental health concerns and client populations is preferred
Compensation:
This position offers a starting salary of $60,000 per year, plus an uncapped monthly bonus opportunity based on performance and target earnings. Total target earnings are expected to range from approximately $78,000–$95,000 annually, depending on performance and achievement of established targets.
The uncapped bonus structure provides an opportunity to increase overall earnings beyond the stated target range based on continued performance and results.
